Shipping cost

Shipping costs are free only for Italy and major islands and for orders over € 75.00, including 22% VAT.
In the case of shipments to the countries of the EUROPEAN UNION, the customer will be contacted by our Customer Service who will communicate the relative quantified costs for the shipment in question.

Delivery

FERLAM S.R.L. delivers its products within the Italian National Territory, major islands.

The cost of shipping to DISADVANTED and non-DISABLED ZIP codes is always € 7.00 and will be calculated in the final phase of the cart.

Delivery times and methods

Delivery is made in 24/48 hours (72 hours for Calabria and the Major Islands) except for unforeseen causes not attributable to us.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice, the courier will make two delivery attempts the following days, in any case the customer can contact for delivery or collection at the reference branch.

Delivery is made to the street level. If the delivery is not successful, the goods will be returned to FERLAM S.R.L. and the cost of returning the uncollected products will be deducted from the reimbursement of the sums paid.

What to do when the product is delivered

When the courier delivers, the customer and / or consumer must check that the package is intact, undamaged and compliant with the standard characteristics of a package.

Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.

The consumer and / or customer from the moment in which he receives the damaged goods or requests their return to the carrier has direct and exclusive action against the carrier itself. The latter is also liable for the delay in delivering the goods to the recipient.

FERLAM S.R.L. in such cases he must be considered exempt from any responsibility for loss or damage to the goods from the moment in which the same is delivered without reservations to the carrier for transport.

If upon unloading the goods the package is damaged, it is necessary to:

express a reservation or the package is accepted but before signing the document you must write "Withdrawal with the right of control reserve", and it will then be possible, once the package has been opened and any damage has been found, to be compensated for the damage suffered based on the parameters compensation of the legislative decree nr 286 of 21/11/2005;

reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is visible even without having to open the package.
